Description Here is a multi channel audio mixer circuit based on 2N3819 n-channel JFET. It mixes as many as inputs into one channel. The design seen in the diagram is for only two channels (stereo into mono) but you can increase the channel number by multiplying the input circuitry that consists of C1, R1, R2 or C2,R3,R4. 2N3819 is an n-channel JFET especially manufactured for RF and mixer applications and provides very low noise, very low distortion and excellent high frequency gain. The power consumption is very low and you can power the audio mixer circuit by using a single 9V battery. You may need a shielded box to reduce hum and stop oscillations.
