12V DC to 220V AC - 10-30W Inverter with D313

10W - 30W Mini Inverter with D313 Transistor

Description:

This is AC circuit mini inverter 10W - 30W. It converts 12VDC to 220VAC output 10W to 30W . Use easy circuit square wave oscillator generator at 50Hz.
So boost up current high by D313 or H1061 or TIP41, drive transformer output 220V 50HZ from voltage supply 12V 1A - 2A.

I appriciate your work. U have done a gr8 job. Dear can u send me a diagram for same input for same output but for minimum 500 watts. I mean input current is 12v DC and output is 220v AC and can bear load of 500 watts minimum. thanx in advance.
