The project is based around the ATmega8 microcontroller to build an AVR-HID for USB sensor input solution that is aimed for audio and video along with Pure Data/Supercollider or other free software.
A row of 32 LEDs each on three circuit boards were used to create a Persistence of Vision (POV) where an image is seen for a short time after is disappears.
The project aims to create the custom glow effects in mood lighting by using some basic lighting fixtures filled with colored mineral oil with matching lava lamp bubbling effect to spice up the lighting using a pump and PVC.
This simple project aims to build a circuit that can make the LEDs blink with the sound that comes out from the P2 connector. Shown in the video is the LED blinking in action.
A logic level N-channel high power MOSFET is used to create this RGB LED driver that would allow LED arrays or lamps of up to 5A per channel to be controlled without heatsink installed.
