The project is a simple way of producing a fading LED without the need to program the chips or write the code but rather using a few simple components with a constant fade up and fade down as the end result.
The project uses 72 SMD LEDs to create a POV globe based on Arduino ATmega328P making it capable of displaying mono-color bitmaps up to 72 pixels high and x width.
The project pertains to a circuit board used in making futuristic wrist watch size timepiece made of LEDs with more functions applicable to a portable device.
This LED binary clock based on PIC is the second version of the project whereas the first project used a PIC16F84A for doing both the timekeeping and controlling the display matrix.
