Building the Simplest TV Transmitter
|
|
Overview The project aims to create the simplest TV transmitter from the simples FM transmitter project by just changing the input from the audio to the video and checking the TV signal. Details It is assumed in this project that frequencies between 76 and 108MHz are available for the TV channels. One of the initial steps include finding a free channel and selecting the similar frequency as the FM radio. This is essential for the number of turns used in making the coil depending on the frequency that will be used. The transmitter can be easily built using the lower frequency since higher skills are required in higher frequency. To operate the transmitter, the television set should be prepared. For adjusting the transmitting frequency, two or more sets are preferred. A free channel of VHF should be selected after turning ON. The two trimmer capacitors will then be turned very slowly one after the other. A sudden change of the screen will show along with a distorted image of video source. The normal images can be obtained by turning the variable register of the video input of the transmitter while the proper input is adjusted. Rest of the project
